Philosophy: Coach Jeff believes that consistent training over time is what yields superior results. By putting oneself repeatedly in race situations during training (intensity, nutrition, hydration), personal goals become 2nd nature.
Athletic Achievements: Over 25 career victories in Triathlon, Duathlon or Road Racing, 10+time USAT Age Group All-American, 11-time Ironman Distance finisher, 25 consecutive Gulf Coast Half Ironman finishes, 2003 Gulf Winds Triathlete of the Year, 2009-2010-2011-2012-2018 Gulf Winds Male Masters Triathlete of the Year, 2011 & 2012 Gulf Winds Triathletes Male Grand Prix champion. 2015 Gulf Winds Triathletes President. 2018 & 2019 70.3 World Championship Qualifier.

Coaching Experience: Triathlon, Swimming, Cycling, Running for Adults and Youth. USA Triathlon Certified (both Level I & Youth-Junior). Ann has been coaching swimming most of her adult life and Triathlon the past 6 yrs.
Philosophy: Coach Ann believes in meeting each person where they are and work at designing training plans that will fit within the different aspects of their life while helping them achieve their goals.
Athletic Achievements: Multiple year USAT All American or Honorable Mention. Multiple year USA Triathlon National Championship Qualifier. Multiple Overall and Top AG finishes. 2-time Ironman Finisher. 2010 Gulf Winds Female Triathlete of the Year. 2010 Gulf Winds Female Master of the Year. 2013 Gulf Winds Tri Service Award. Former Division 1 swimmer at Florida State University. Multiple year Florida Swimming State Champion. 2014, 2015 Gulf Winds Triathletes & Gulf Winds Track Club Board of Directors.
